Week 1 - Starting Weight

I joined Weight Watchers about a week ago. I have not gone to my first meeting yet, but I plan to go on Wednesday. I did weigh in this morning at home. It was a little bit of a shocker...

It is a little bit more than I have been weighing on average, which has been around 278. I know it is the last time I will every see that number again, and I am ready to say good riddance!
