Wow, where has the time gone?!! With the holidays in full swing (and actually having to work at work!) I have had very little time to blog :( This makes me very sad. Good news is, things are looking up!
The good news is, that despite the busy time, I have been going to my weigh-ins. I haven't blogged about them tho...
Week 14- I lost .6 lbs. Not great, but still a loss.
Week 15- I stayed the same. Ugh. The holidays are tough! I have hit a brick wall. BUT I could have gained, so I am thankful that I haven't.
This week I have been trying to focus on making good choices and getting in activity. I walked to and from my lunch location (subway) today and earned about 2 activity points doing so. Not too shabby!
I do have some exciting news about weight loss, so come back tomorrow morning to get the skinny!
